Once we receive your application form, we’ll reach out to discuss your ideas in more detail. During this stage, we’ll refine your vision together by discussing the specific details of your design, ensuring your nail size and shape match your preferences, clarifying any customisation requests.

Your input is key in this stage, so feel free to share images, sketches, or anything else that inspires you!

After finalising your design, we begin crafting your custom nail set. Our talented designers will work on your nails to bring your ideas to life. The design process typically takes at least 1 week, depending on the complexity and amount of customisation required. This ensures every detail is perfect and meets your expectations. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and may send you previews for approval.

Once your custom set is ready, we’ll prepare it for delivery. Within Australia, expect delivery to take up to 2.5 weeks from the time your set is finalised.

International shipping times vary depending on the destination. Please note that shipping times may be longer based on distance and customs processing. We’ll provide tracking details so you can monitor your order.
